A panel discussion regarding how to maximize representation in casting across spectrums of gender, ability, and ethnicity, and how these choices affect the stories we tell. How can we rethink classical texts, or even contemporary texts, to ensure visibility in ways that are both inclusive and respectful? How can directors challenge their own implicit biases, and how can we engage playwrights to continue to write ever more inclusively?
